About This Station
The station is powered by a Davis Vantage Pro 2 weather station. The data is collected every 2.5 seconds and the site is updated every 1.5 minutes. This site and its data is collected using Weather Display Software. The station is comprised of an anemometer, a rain gauge and a thermo-hydro sensor situated in optimal positions for highest accuracy possible. We have recently added a data feed from AllisonHouse LLC that alows us much better reliability where our radar images and warnings are concerned as well as the ability to deliver more data to our valued viewers.NAPLN Lightning data has now been added to allow dangerous lightning events to be tracked and avoided when possible which we hope may save lives in the process. Our existance would not be possible if not for the gracious individuals who write the scripts we use to gather and display the data and allow others to freely use them.We always strive to deliver quality accurate timely weather data as we feel bad data is much worse than no data. Thanks to all our viewers! We greatly appreciate your support and welcome your suggestions as to how we can better serve the weather community. Our newly redesigned site allows us to offer more data than ever before! And we continue to add new material almost weekly.

About This Website
We have come a long way since our humble beginning in technology and hopefully in a more user friendly site that delivers the weather information you need when you need it. Our goal is to deliver the most accurate weather information in the most timely manner possible! If we are meeting this goal please use our "Contact US" form on the main page and let us know how we're doing! None of this would be possible without the help of God, My wife Christy and our Cocker advisors Shauna and Sullivan This site is dedicated to my weather buddy Hooker James who passed away in October.
We now have a completely designed web appearance. Special Thanks go out to Danny from Eldoradocounty Weather for all his help and overall assistance with this project. It's completion would not have been possible without his help.
